立德教育(01449.HK)公佈年度業績：營收1.56億元，經調整年內純利7070.4萬元
格隆匯 11 月 30日丨立德教育(01449.HK)公佈，截至2020年8月31日止年度，公司收益為人民幣1.56億元，同比增長12.9%；毛利為人民幣8503.9萬元，同比增長7.4%；年度溢利為人民幣4235.9萬元，經調整年內純利為人民幣7070.4萬元；每股盈利為人民幣0.0828元。
截至到2020年8月31日，學校佔地總面積為542,009.04平方米，建築總面積310,480平方米，物業、廠房及設備總值人民幣14.514億元。截至2020年8月31日，學校有教師465人，全日制本科課程在校生6,739人(不包括應屆畢業生人數)。截至2020年10月30日，我們有教師577人以及全日制在校生9,572人。
2020/21學年學校擁有本科專業26個，分別屬於工學(10個)、管理學(5個)、經濟學(3個)、文學(3個)、藝術學(5個)，其中2019/20學年招生專業為24個。本年度新招生專業為交通運輸和車輛工程。2020/21學年新入學學生報到為2,851人。
收益增加主要是由於以下因素所致：(i)學費收益由截至2019年8月31日止年度的人民幣1.28億元增加人民幣2180萬元或17.1%至截至2020年8月31日止年度的人民幣1.50億元；及(ii)住宿費收益由截至2019年8月31日止年度的人民幣1030萬元減少人民幣390萬元或38.3%至截至2020年8月31日止年度的人民幣640萬元，此乃主要與因新冠疫情而根據黑龍江省教育廳指示退還部分住宿費有關。學費增加主要是由於招生規模的擴大以及人均學費的增加。入學的本科學生總人數(不包括於各自學年隨後退學的學生)從2018/19學年的8,233人增長至2019/20學年的8,807人，增長率7.0%。2018/19學年和2019/20學年人均學費分別為人民幣15,492元及人民幣16,920元，增幅為9.2%。
此外，截至2020年8月31日，集團的現金及現金等值項目約為人民幣3.376億元，較截至2019年8月31日的約人民幣1.400億元同比增加約141.2%。增加的主要原因是籌資活動包括首次公開發售和售後回租負債籌集的現金增加、日常經營活動產生的現金流量增加所致。
