格隆匯 11 月 30日丨兆邦基地產(01660.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年9月30日止6個月,公司實現收益1.18億港元,同比減少16.44%;公司股東應占溢利4826.7萬港元,同比增長98.90%;每股基本盈利0.78港仙,不派息。
收益減少乃主要由於:(i)來自建築機械貿易的收益減少;及(ii)來自運輸服務的收益減少所致。
此外,集團的毛利由上一期間約4970萬港元增加約1060萬港元或約21.3%至該期間約6030萬港元。毛利率由上一期間約35.1%增加至該期間約51%。毛利率增加乃主要由於在香港的建築機械貿易及運輸業務(其毛利率較低)減少,以及在中國的建築機械租賃業務(其毛利率較高)增加所致。
