平治信息(300571.SZ)與聯通沃悦讀簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 11 月 30日丨平治信息(300571.SZ)公佈，為發揮雙方在通信領域和傳媒領域的品牌價值以及各類渠道的優勢，展開廣泛而深入的業務合作，在數字閲讀領域深化合作，並在5G應用等方面形成戰略合作伙伴關係，公司於2020年11月30日與聯通沃悦讀科技文化有限公司(“聯通沃悦讀”)本着平等互利、優勢互補、共同發展的原則簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
雙方決定在數字閲讀領域深化合作，並在5G應用等方面形成戰略合作伙伴關係，雙方發揮各自優勢，在以下領域展開合作：
(1)內容版權合作
雙方將其擁有的版權內容優先提供給對方平台，雙方可在平等互利且不違背已有合作關係誠信經營的前提下共同投資、開發、運營和出品，雙方共同進行全IP版權孵化、開發、發行及運營，包括且不限於文學、圖書、網絡漫畫、電視劇、電影、動畫等內容產品。
(2)渠道分發推廣合作
雙方互為發行渠道，雙方應就平台上運營的對方授權作品給予相應的推廣資源等支持，在對等且不違背已有合作關係誠信經營的情況下，雙方在各自平台優先支持雙方產品的聯合首發、聯合深度營銷活動和資源置換等，雙方聯合運營打造優質資源。
(3)5G應用合作
雙方將藉助各自的行業領域優勢及客户資源，面向客户推廣基於5G消息及周邊能力的深度服務，在具體的業務場景下提供渠道+內容+服務的合作模式，包括且不限於權益類業務，並希望通過戰略合作，加強雙方基於5G消息相關的技術與業務的交流與合作，共同探索新的場景應用(包括但不限於廣告應用)、新的合作內容及新的商業合作模式，實現雙方的能力互補與優勢共贏。
公司的主營業務為數字閲讀業務和智慧家庭業務，主要圍繞通信運營商的業務及5G建設，在內容和硬件兩方面開展業務。在數字閲讀領域，公司擁有海量優質的版權內容，擁有自有運營平台、微信、微博等自營新媒體賬號以及電信運營商閲讀平台、終端廠商閲讀平台等廣泛的分發渠道。聯通沃悦讀是聯通在線信息科技有限公司旗下專業從事數字閲讀及衍生服務的全資子公司，擁有豐富的版權內容累積且具備專業的渠道分發推廣能力，同時聯通沃悦讀作為通信運營商旗下的子公司，擁有領先的行業領域優勢及客户資源。
通過此次戰略合作，有利於加強公司與聯通沃悦讀的業務聯繫，實現雙方在版權內容、渠道推廣方面的深層資源整合與合作，併合力進行全IP版權運作，聯合運營打造優質資源，鞏固公司在數字閲讀行業的版圖，此次戰略合作有利於提升公司的核心競爭力，增強公司的持續經營能力。
5G消息為企業和個人用户之間搭建了信息交互的新形態和新入口，其所提供的輕量級應用整合了現有各式App的功能，5G消息的突出特點和優勢為其提供了廣闊的想象空間，其市場前景也受到廣泛青睞。通過此次戰略合作，公司與聯通沃悦讀將加強基於5G消息相關的技術與業務的交流與合作，共同探索新的場景應用、合作內容及商業合作模式，此次合作是公司在5G消息領域的新探索，將為公司帶來更廣闊的市場空間和業務機遇。
