《大行报告》花旗升汇控(00005.HK)目标价至43.5元 料明年可恢复派息
花旗发表报告表示,重申对汇控(00005.HK)「中性」投资评级,港股目标价由35港元上调至港43.5元,因对其估值预测进行延伸,及考虑到其2022年至2024年股本回报率表现。该行亦调高汇控伦敦目标价由3.5英镑升至4.2英镑。
该行指,汇控今年第三季普通股权一级资本比率为15.6%,相信可为公司在明年2月公布2020年第四季业绩时宣派股息作出支持,集团管理层指将会以保守的水平重启派息。该行料汇控於2020年至2022年每股股息各为15美仙、31美仙及41美仙。
花旗料,汇丰已加速业务重组,管理层可能在公布今年业绩时制定新的财务目标,管理层对2021年达成共识的净利息收入约254亿美元目标感到满意。首席执行官同时提出可持续的收入增长计划,如在新加坡、印度和中国市场扩展保险业务,以及在中国的新财富管理平台等。(wl/u)
