*ST東洋(002086.SZ)：控股股東延期履行歸還公司非經營性佔用資金承諾
格隆匯 11 月 29日丨*ST東洋(002086.SZ)公佈，2020年6月29日，公司收到控股股東歸還公司非經營性佔用資金3億元，上述資金可正常用於公司生產經營所需，無權利瑕疵。截至公告出具之日，控股股東對公司的非經營性資金佔用餘額降至106986.66萬元。具體詳見公司披露的《關於收到控股股東歸還上市公司非經營性佔用資金的公告》。
截至2020年11月27日，除收到上述控股股東歸還非經營性佔用資金外，公司暫未收到控股股東歸還公司非經營性佔用資金。截至公告披露日，公司控股股東累計已歸還公司非經營性佔用資金3億元，公司控股股東非經營性資金佔用餘額為106986.66萬元。
原承諾內容：公司控股股東承諾於2020年11月30日前，將繼續通過採取多種方式籌措資金，儘快繼續歸還上述佔用上市公司資金，積極履行還款義務，保障上市公司利益，切實維護中小股東的利益。公司也將全力督促控股股東制定切實可行的還款計劃，儘快償還剩餘佔用資金、解決問題。
延期履行承諾原因：經與公司控股股東溝通，在籌措資金過程中，控股股東正在全力採取資產處置、股權合作、對外借款等方式積極籌措資金，目前其就上述事項正在與相關意向方溝通洽談，積極推進事項進展。此外控股股東名下有部分實體資產正在對外出售處置，但由於存在查封凍結情形，資產變現與處置尚需時間。鑑於控股股股東正與相關方就相關合作事宜進行溝通、洽談協商，基於上述事實並根據事項進展，控股股東申請將歸還上市公司非經營性佔用資金承諾期限延期至2021年1月31日前。
後續安排：公司控股股東承諾於2021年1月31日前，將繼續與相關意向方深入探討合作事宜，制定切實可行的合作計劃，儘快確定最終方案，儘快歸還上述佔用上市公司資金，積極履行還款義務，保障上市公司利益，切實維護中小股東的利益。公司也將全力督促控股股東制定切實可行的還款計劃，儘快償還剩餘佔用資金、解決問題。
