港交所就上調上市公司盈利要求刊發諮詢文件
港交所(00388.HK)刊發有關主板盈利規定的諮詢文件,建議調高盈利規定,以避免公司「啤殼」上市,建議將盈利規定按市值規定於2018年的增幅百分比調高150%,或按恆生指數平均收報點數的概約增幅調高200%。經調整後,相關上市公司於最近一個財政年度需錄得盈利至少5,000萬元,三年累計最少1.25億元。
是次諮詢文件並提出過渡安排諮詢,為期兩個月。港交所上市主管陳翊庭表示,調高主板盈利規定的建議,將加強主板上市與GEM上市的區別,為上市發行人和投資者提供更清晰的選擇及指引。
