格隆匯11月27日丨MI能源(01555.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司客户合同收入7.56億元人民幣,同比減少4%;公司擁有人應占虧損11.25億元,上年同期虧損12億元;每股虧損0.35元。此外,核數師發出非標準報告。
2019年集團來自於中國和加拿大的油氣總產量達1,486萬桶當量,較2018年總產量2,091萬桶當量減少了28.9%。2019年歸屬於集團的油氣淨產量達1,216萬桶當量,較2018年油氣淨產量1,845萬桶當量減少了34.1%。2019年歸屬於集團的原油淨產量達276萬桶,較2018年淨產量314萬桶減少了12.1%。
此外,公司股票將於2020年11月30日復牌。
