南天信息(000948.SZ)：應對新冠疫情擴展減免租金期限
格隆匯 11 月 27日丨南天信息(000948.SZ)公佈，公司第八屆董事會第四次會議、第八屆監事會第四次會議審議通過了《關於應對新冠疫情擴展減免租金期限的議案》。為全面落實雲南省委、省政府應對新冠肺炎疫情防控和穩定經濟運行的決策部署，切實緩解中小企業和個體工商户生產經營困難，降低實體企業成本，經公司於2020年6月5日召開的第八屆董事會第一次會議、第八屆監事會第一次會議審議通過，制定了公司及納入合併報表範圍的子企業自有經營性房產租金減免實施方案，減免期限為半個月至三個月，公司租金減免約為220.89萬元。
近日，公司收到《雲南省國資委、雲南省發展和改革委員會、雲南省財政廳、雲南省商務廳、雲南省機關事務管理局關於印發貫徹落實支持實體經濟發展鼓勵減免房租政策實施細則的通知》(雲國資財管〔2020〕125號)，根據上述通知要求，為共同應對疫情，積極履行社會責任，加快落實雲南省委省政府決策部署，綜合考慮疫情對物業租户帶來的負面影響，結合公司實際情況，制定了擴展公司及納入合併報表範圍的子企業自有經營性房產租金減免期限實施方案，與客户共渡難關，勇擔國企社會責任，助力打贏疫情防控阻擊戰。
減免對象：承租公司及納入合併報表範圍的子企業在雲南省內自有經營性房產的中小微企業和個體工商户。公司及納入合併報表範圍的子企業在雲南省外的經營性房屋出租的，執行房屋所在地租金減免政策。中小微企業範圍參照《關於印發中小企業劃型標準規定的通知》(工信部聯企業〔2011〕300號)有關規定執行；
減免期限：2020年2月11日至2020年12月31日(經公司董事會於2020年6月審議通過的租金減免期限為半個月至三個月；現根據雲南省相關政策要求，對承租公司及納入合併報表範圍的子企業在雲南省內自有經營性房產的中小微企業和個體工商户，公司擬將原租金減免期限擴展至2020年2月11日—2020年12月31日的全時段)；
經初步測算，此次擴展租金減免期限措施涉及金額約為442.41萬元(不包含公司於2020年6月經公司董事會審議通過的220.89萬元租金減免金額)，具體減免金額以實際執行金額為準。
