湾区发展(00737.HK)宣布派发2020年度特别中期股息10分人民币
湾区发展(00737.HK)宣布,董事会宣布派发截至2020年12月31日止年度之特别中期股息每股10分人民币,相当於约11.7876港仙。
湾区发展於2020年9月出售新塘合营企业22.5%股权及相应股东借款获得一次性利润,董事会认为将部分扣除税项後利润以特别中期股息的方式回馈股东,可以与股东分享公司参与广深高速公路潜在土地开发利用项目的初步正面成果。
公司目前仍然持有新塘合营企业15%股权,并将与新塘合营企业各股东方全力推进项目的建设工作。
