晶科科技(601778.SH)：擬以2228萬美元收購Sweihan控股50%股權
格隆匯 11 月 27日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公佈，公司的全資孫公司晶科香港擬以2228萬美元的交易對價收購Sweihan香港持有的Sweihan控股50%股權。Sweihan控股持有阿布扎比1200兆瓦光伏電站(“Sweihan電站”)的運營平台公司Sweihan PV Power Company PJSC (“項目公司”)40%股權。此次收購完成後，公司將最終持有Sweihan電站項目公司的20%股權。
Sweihan電站是目前全球已建成的單體規模最大的光伏發電項目。除Sweihan電站外，公司另外持有建設中的規模為2100兆瓦的阿聯酋光伏發電項目20%權益。此次收購完成後，公司將同時擁有目前全球規模最大的兩個光伏發電項目各20%的權益，對公司提升在海外光伏市場的品牌影響力和開發海外業務具有重要的戰略意義。
Sweihan電站位於阿聯酋阿布扎比酋長國東部，佔地面積約8平方公里，該地區是世界上輻照度最高的幾個地區之一，擁有極佳的光照條件。Sweihan電站總規模1200兆瓦，晶科能源和日本丸紅株式會社組成聯合體於2016年9月以2.42美分/度的報價中標該項目。該項目總投資額為8.7億美元，其中貸款額6.5億美元，股本金2.2億美元,阿布扎比國家能源公司(由阿聯酋水電公司持有51%股權)、晶科能源和日本丸紅株式會社的權益佔比分別為60%、20%和20%。
Sweihan電站於2017年2月開工建設，2019年4月建成併網投入商業化運營。根據Sweihan電站項目購電協議的約定，Sweihan電站併網投運後的25年內，所發電量全部出售給阿聯酋水電公司。
Sweihan電站是迄今為止已建成的全球最大的地面光伏電站，可服務超過9萬人用電需求，預計每年減少二氧化碳排放1百萬噸，相當於減少20萬輛汽車行駛的排放量，是阿布扎比地標性的綠色項目。
