貴州輪胎(000589.SZ):已累計收到一期房屋徵收補償款共計8.6億元

格隆匯 11 月 27日丨貴州輪胎(000589.SZ)公佈,根據相關規定,貴陽市土地礦產資源儲備中心於近期委託第三方對輪胎廠(一期)地塊一級開發項目(即一期房屋徵收貨幣補償項目,以下簡稱“輪胎廠一期項目”)進行審核認為房屋編號A011(築房權證烏當字第001057001058號及部分無證房)不屬輪胎廠一期項目徵收範圍該房屋合法產權面積10,802.93無證房面積2594.23徵收合同約定金額53,161,657元。

經與雲巖區徵收局溝通,同意將房屋編號A011從一期房屋徵收範圍中除,涉及房屋徵收補償事宜,在雙方協商二期《房屋徵收貨幣補償協議》的補充協議時一併考慮,補償金額不變。因此,公司一期《房屋徵收貨幣補償協議》補償金額合計原來的1,044,578,557.60調減為991,416,900.60

20201126日,公司收到一期房屋徵收補償款3.6元。截至公告日,公司已累計收到一期房屋徵收補償款共計8.6元。

此次房屋徵收範圍調整,將導致一期房屋徵收補償金額較原協議減少53,161,657房屋編號A011的徵收補償時間也因此延後

次收到3.6元補償款後,一期房屋徵收補償事項在本年度予以確認,對公司2020年度業績將產生積極影響。一期房屋徵收補償涉及的地上建築物(房屋)及土地賬面淨值、不能搬遷的機器設備淨值和發生的搬遷費合計29236.13元,協議實際的補償金額99141.69經初步估算,一期房屋徵收補償將增加公司2020年度税前利潤69905.56元,體數據以經審計後的年度報告為準。
