中核科技(000777.SZ)：擬與核電工程公司簽訂總計約6.3億元的九份合同
格隆匯 11 月 26日丨中核科技(000777.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月26日以通訊表決形式召開第七屆董事會第十四次會議。根據會議提交的《關於公司與中國核電工程有限公司關聯交易的議案》，公司擬於近期在北京與關聯方中國核電工程有限公司(“核電工程公司”)簽訂九份合同，合同金額總計為人民幣63023.6508萬元，具體如下：
1、《田灣核電站7、8號機組核2級以上電動閘閥設備採購合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為12400.1936萬元，交貨期為2022年11月30日和2023年9月30日，分機組分批次交貨；
2、《徐大堡核電廠3、4號機組核2級以上電動閘閥設備採購合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為12400.1936萬元，交貨期為2023年4月16日和2024年2月16日,分機組分批次交貨；
3、《田灣核電站7、8號機組核3級、非核級電動閘閥設備採購合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為2751.3928萬元，交貨期為2022年12月31日和2023年10月30日,分機組分批次交貨；
4、《徐大堡核電廠3、4號機組核3級、非核級電動閘閥設備採購合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為2751.3928萬元，交貨期為2022年12月31日和2023年10月30日,分機組分批次交貨；
5、《田灣核電站7、8號機組DN25以上電動截止閥供貨合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為10752.7005萬元，交貨期為2022年11月30日和2023年9月30日,分機組分批次交貨；
6、《徐大堡核電廠3、4號機組DN25以上電動截止閥供貨合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為10752.7005萬元，交貨期為2022年11月30日和2023年9月30日,分機組分批次交貨；
7、《田灣核電站7、8號機組DN25及以下電動截止閥供貨合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為4461.5385萬元，交貨期為2022年10月31日和2023年8月31日，分機組分批次交貨；
8、《徐大堡核電廠3、4號機組DN25及以下電動截止閥供貨合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為4461.5385萬元，交貨期為2022年10月31日和2023年8月31日,分機組分批次交貨；
9、《海南昌江核電廠3、4號機組主蒸汽隔離閥設備採購合同》，根據合同協議約定，合同金額為2292萬元，交貨期為2022年12月31日和2023年10月31日,分機組分批次交貨。
