波司登(03998.HK)上半年純利升41.8%至4.86億元 中期息3.5港仙
格隆匯 11 月 26日丨波司登(03998.HK)公佈,截至2020年9月30日止6個月,公司收入增加5.1%至約人民幣46.611億元;毛利率提升4.3個百分點至47.8%;經營溢利率提升3.5個百分點至14.3%;公司權益股東應占溢利上升41.8%至約人民幣4.860億元。董事會宣派中期股息每股普通股3.5港仙。
收入分析,四大業務單元支撐。
2020/21財年上半年,集團依然緊緊圍繞"品牌、產品、渠道、終端"多方位進行系統性建設。在牢牢抓住品牌升級、零售升級、產品領先、優質快反這"四項核心競爭力"的同時,積極梳理及建立組織、機制、文化、人才建設系統,以及數字化信息系統這"兩項保障體系",並取得了階段性成效。
截至2020年9月30日止六個月,集團的收入約為人民幣46.611億元,較去年同期上升約5.1%。品牌羽絨服業務、貼牌加工管理業務、女裝業務及多元化服裝業務為集團的四大業務單元。品牌羽絨服業務仍為集團的最大收入來源,錄得收入約為人民幣29.887億元,佔總收入的64.1%,同比上升18.0%;貼牌加工管理業務錄得收入約為人民幣12.287億元,佔總收入的26.4%,同比下降8.9%;女裝業務錄得收入約為人民幣4.124億元,佔總收入的8.8%,同比下降18.5%;多元化服裝業務錄得收入約為人民幣3130萬元,佔總收入的0.7%,同比下降35.6%。
2020/21財年上半年,集團毛利由去年同期的約人民幣19.296億元增加15.4%至約人民幣22.273億元,毛利率較去年同期的43.5%提升4.3個百分點至47.8%。品牌羽絨服業務毛利率增加3.5個百分點至56.4%,主要由於在2020/21財年上半年,波司登品牌自營門店的銷售收入佔比顯着提升,對品牌羽絨服業務板塊的毛利率提升有比較明顯的幫助;同時,集團加大了對羽絨等原材料成本的控制。貼牌加工管理業務通過各種措施嚴格控制成本與費用支出,也導致該板塊的毛利率增加3.8個百分點至18.1%。女裝業務的毛利率較去年同期下降3.2個百分點至73.6%,主要由於後疫情期間去化庫存產品銷售所致。
線上業務拓展明顯,成績斐然。
此外,在2020/21財年上半年,集團的線上業務拓展明顯,並取得了非常亮麗的成績。2020/21上半財年,線上奧萊渠道發力明顯,其中唯品會及天貓奧萊店兩個平台的業績呈現高速增長態勢。
同時,在2020/21財年上半年,集團與阿里巴巴增強了戰略合作。通過合作,在訪客拓展方面,品牌的優質產品有更多機會展現給平台的優質消費者;在數據支持方面,通過獲取多維度的數據支持以及市場趨勢分析,給銷售決策提供更多及時可靠的數據支持;在創新工具優先應用方面,通過天貓新品創新中心,天貓品牌營銷中心,直播虛擬主播等創新工具應用,進一步拉伸集團線上業務開展的多元性和豐富性。同時,和阿里巴巴共建的數據中台也給予線上業務團隊精準營銷提供了幫助和支持。
直播渠道經歷了前幾年的發展,目前已經成為行業熱點以及線上銷售增長的手段。集團一方面通過強化與頭部達人的直播合作,提升單場產出;另一方面通過提升天貓官方旗艦店直播間的直播運營能力,提高自播產出。
