格隆匯 11 月 26日丨亞洲聯合基建控股(00711.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年9月30日止6個月,公司營業額38.33億港元,同比減少0.62%;公司股東應占溢利5627.1萬港元,同比減少26.62%;每股盈利3.09港仙,中期股息每股0.87港仙。
受到新冠肺炎疫情衝擊,集團的業務於回顧期內尤其充滿挑戰。建築及基建項目反覆地受施工延期影響,因而導致集團整體業績稍弱。然而,管理層相信與眾多其他行業相比,集團的業務受疫情影響相對輕微,實際上,集團已獲得若干合約價值重大新項目,藉此帶來長期收入來源。
儘管於回顧期內錄得倒退,集團對於建造業的未來發展仍持相對樂觀的態度。考慮到先前的財政年度因拉布而積壓的公共工程及基建項目,以及公私營房屋供應短缺,建築需求仍然龐大。集團將繼續尋求合適的機遇,以為民生及社區作出貢獻。
