《新股消息》佳源服務(01153.HK):第三方項目佔比冀在未來兩年超越母企項目
佳源服務(01153.HK)計劃利用上市集資額中的70%用於尋求選擇性戰略投資及收購機會。公司執行董事牟立園在記者會上表示,公司對併購業務有一定要求,擴張目標地區及省份包括但不限於浙江、安徽、江蘇、山東、湖南、貴州及青海省、重慶及新疆自治區,並已達成一定的初步意向,會審視市場變化後再落實相關交易。
她又指,會繼續調整公司第三方項目的結構,指出現時有30%以上是市場化項目,佔比在每一年都有提升。目標是在未來兩年,第三方項目的佔比要超越佳源地產的項目。
