皇冠環球集團(00727.HK)中期純利跌26.78%至169萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 26日丨皇冠環球集團(00727.HK)公佈,截至2020年9月30日止6個月,實現收益973.8萬港元,同比增長274.68%;公司擁有人應占期間溢利169萬港元,同比減少26.78%;每股盈利0.05港仙。
收益大幅增加主要是該中期期間收益除了是原有來自井岡山物業及營口物業兩項投資物業的租金收入外,亦多了中山物業的租金收入約650萬港元。另外,新開展的大健康策劃管理服務業務亦為集團該中期期間貢獻了約60萬港元的收益。
