格隆匯11月26日丨天鴿互動(01980.HK)公佈，於2020年第三季度，集團實現收益8884.9萬元人民幣(單位下同)。其中來自在線互動娛樂的收益為7681萬元；純利同比增加61.7%至3924.9萬元；公司權益持有人應占溢利同比增加74.9%至3848.6萬元；每股基本盈利0.030分。
“移動+PC”融匯全民直播
作為中國線上直播行業的開創者之一，天鴿始終堅持“移動+PC”融匯全民直播的發展策略。於2020年第三季度，集團繼續專注於核心業務，並集中發展其核心直播平台，以及豐富和提升其內容，包括不斷升級“主播對壘”及“多對多語音╱視頻聊天”等功能，以進一步提升用户體驗及互動、加強平台的競爭力及創造持續穩定的現金流。
無他相機
作為國內最受歡迎的美顏相機應用程式之一，截至2020年9月30日，無他相機的平均月度活躍用户約為28.4百萬人。於2020年第三季度內，集團繼續優化及升級無他相機，並通過豐富內容及提升商業價值，持續吸引海內外用家的注意，並獲優質廣告商青睞。
海外擴張
海外擴張是集團重要的發展戰略及業務板塊。於2020年第三季度內，集團持續拓展其海外業務，並積極推進實施海外項目。同時，集團進一步優化海外團隊及業務結構，並繼續豐富產品內容。當海外市場訂單和運營進程恢復正常時，集團順利將國內成功的商業模式推廣至海外市場，並調整產品功能，結合當地文化及用户使用習慣。集團在海外市場推出各類產品，其中“Mlive”(天鴿旗艦產品“喵播”的海外版)以及“Bunny Live”(主打越南市場新直播平台)在東南亞市場備受追捧。
進一步擴大海外市場份額，集團將繼續發展海外直播及遊戲平台，以提升國際競爭力，集團將持續拓展至泰國及越南等東南亞市場，繼續開發新項目及產品，並探索海外市場商機。
海外金融投資
天鴿於期內進一步利用集團的閒置資本進行海外金融投資，以保持資產的穩定增值。集團對票據類國際金融投資工具的穩定收益回報率以及金融科技均持樂觀態度，未來會持續關注其市場走勢，把握潛在投資機會，提高資產收益，持續尋求潛在的投資機會。公司於2020年3月2日授權豐誠作出金額為4.20億元的投資，其於2020年第三季實現1380萬元的收益。於2020年11月24日，公司已授權豐誠管理5.92億元的投資。
