社交媒体Facebook(FB.US)已就美国历史上最大的消费者私隐案达成和解,将向符合资格的600万伊利诺伊州居民作赔偿,当中只有大约四分之一的居民能得到赔偿。
据法庭相关统计结果显示,在Facebook支付的6.5亿美元和解金中,约有三分之一将被拨用於律师和行政费用,而大约157万人很可能将会拿到每人300多美元的赔偿金。这项起诉指控Facebook未经同意利用其照片标记功能来收集用户的生物特徵图像。
