山東路橋(000498.SZ)相關子公司擬參與投標臨淄至臨沂高速公路工程1至5標段
格隆匯 11 月 25日丨山東路橋(000498.SZ)公佈，2020年11月，招標人山東高速集團有限公司建設管理分公司(“建設管理公司”)發佈《臨淄至臨沂高速公路工程施工招標公告》，公開選聘臨淄至臨沂高速公路工程施工方。公司子公司山東省路橋集團有限公司、山東魯橋建設有限公司、山東省公路橋樑建設有限公司、山東省高速路橋養護有限公司、山東高速暢通路橋工程有限公司擬響應招標要求，採取施工與投資相結合的投標方案，以獨立投標或組成聯合體投標的方式，參與該項目施工1至5標的招投標。
臨淄至臨沂高速公路，項目主線全長192.57公里。設2條連接線，其中張店東互通立交連接線長2.61公里，博山東互通立交連接線長7.362公里。全線採用設計速度120公里/小時，其中起點至青蘭高速段採用雙向六車道高速公路標準，路基寬度34.5米；青蘭高速至終點段採用雙向四車道高速公路標準，路基寬度27.0米。概算投資332.32億元，建設工期36個月，此次實施臨淄至臨沂高速公路起點至青蘭高速段(雙向六車道)施工招標(起訖樁號K1+217-K98+120)。招標範圍為本項目標段內的路基工程、路面工程、橋涵工程、隧道工程、交叉工程、排水工程、防護工程、交通安全設施工程、預埋管線工程、中央分隔帶及邊坡綠化、收費廣場以及各功能區的土石方、場區道路等招標圖紙中標明的全部施工內容，其它房建、機電、場區及功能區綠化等工程作為後期項目單獨招標。本次招標劃分為5個施工標段，其中，施工1標標段長度為18.79KM；施工2標標段長度為28.5KM；施工3標標段長度為17.48KM；施工4標標段長度為14.1KM；施工5標標段長度為17.99KM。
根據招標人發佈的相關招標文件及山東省交通運輸廳發佈的臨淄至臨沂高速公路工程項目保證金公示，公司相關子公司在對本次招標相關文件認真研究後，擬響應招標要求，採取施工與投資相結合的投標方案，以獨立投標或組成聯合體投標的方式，參與該項目施工1至5標的招投標；為爭取施工機會，參與投標的子公司擬承諾中標後作為有限合夥人與招標人指定的金融/投資機構簽署合夥協議及設立合夥企業的文件，對合夥企業認繳的出資額度不低於本標段最高投標限價的1/7。公司相關子公司擬參與投標1至5標段，承擔施工工程量總額最高不超過99.72億元，對應承諾投資額最高不超過14.25億元。最終承擔的施工工程量按中標額確定，最終承擔的出資額按各標段最高投標限價的1/7並結合子公司承擔的施工比例確定。
根據招標文件要求，中標的子公司將作為有限合夥人與招標人指定的金融/投資機構簽署合夥協議及設立合夥企業的文件，認繳合夥企業出資份額，最終承擔的出資額按各標段最高投標限價的1/7並結合子公司承擔的施工比例確定。
該項目符合公司戰略發展方向，公司子公司出資總額最高不超過14.25億元，力爭獲得最高約99.72億元的施工訂單，預計投資施工綜合收益較好，對公司業績有積極影響。
