格隆匯 11 月 25日丨怡亞通(002183.SZ)公佈，公司第六屆董事會第三十二次會議決議，審議通過《關於公司向渤海銀行股份有限公司深圳前海分行申請綜合授信額度的議案》；
因業務發展需要，公司擬向渤海銀行股份有限公司深圳前海分行申請總額不超過人民幣3億元的綜合授信額度，授信期限為一年。
審議通過《關於公司及全資子公司深圳市怡亞通深度供應鏈管理有限公司向海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司申請融資租賃額度的議案》；為了補充流動資金、盤活資產，公司及全資子公司深圳市怡亞通深度供應鏈管理有限公司作為聯合承租人擬向海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司申請不超過人民幣1.5億元融資租賃額度，期限不超過二年。租賃物件權屬、融資金額的支付方式、租金金額等各方權利義務具體內容以雙方簽訂的融資合同約定為準。同時授權周國輝代表公司與海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司簽署相關合同。本議案需提交股東大會審議。
審議通過《關於公司向海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司申請應收賬款保理額度的議案》；為了補充流動資金、盤活資產，公司以公司擁有的部分應收賬款擬向海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司申請總額不超過人民幣1.5億元應收賬款保理額度，期限不超過二年。具體權利義務條款以公司與海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司簽署的相關合同及文件中的約定為準。同時授權周國輝先生代表公司與海通恆信國際融資租賃股份有限公司簽署相關合同。本議案需提交股東大會審議。
審議通過《關於公司全資子公司深圳市怡亞通深度供應鏈管理有限公司向興業國際信託有限公司申請綜合授信額度，並由公司為其提供擔保的議案》；因業務發展需要，公司全資子公司深圳市怡亞通深度供應鏈管理有限公司向興業國際信託有限公司申請總額不超過人民幣3億元的綜合授信額度，授信期限為一年，並由公司為其提供連帶責任保證擔保，擔保期限不超過三年，具體以合同約定為準。本議案需提交股東大會審議。
審議通過《關於公司全資子公司深圳市怡亞通物流有限公司向匯豐銀行(中國)有限公司深圳分行申請綜合授信額度，並由公司為其提供擔保的議案》；因業務發展需要，深圳市怡亞通物流有限公司擬向匯豐銀行(中國)有限公司深圳分行申請總額不超過200萬美金(摺合人民幣1500萬元)的綜合授信額度，授信期限為一年，並由公司為其提供連帶責任保證擔保，擔保期限不超過三年，具體以合同約定為準。本議案需提交股東大會審議。
