鼎億集團投資(00508.HK):預計中期純利7200萬港元 實現轉虧為盈
格隆匯 11 月 25日丨鼎億集團投資(00508.HK)發佈公告,集團預計截至2020年9月30日止六個月將錄得純利約7200萬港元,而2019年同期則錄得純虧損約2.02億港元。
公告稱,轉虧為盈主要歸因於一般及行政開支大幅減少,因公司毋須如2019年同期的六個月般,就授出購股權記錄任何一次性會計開支;公司會將修改可換股債券條款的一次性收益入賬;及由於出售停車場以及舊有物業項目庫餘單位的所得收益增加,物業發展業務的銷售得以改善。
