美联工商铺:政府撤非住宅物业双倍印花税有助资金入市
行政长官林郑月娥今日於施政报告宣布,明起取消非住宅物业双倍印花税,但无计划调整住宅物业的各项印花税安排。美联工商铺行政总裁黄汉成回应指,欢迎政府是次措施,此举绝对有助用家或外来资金入市。
他补充,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情重击本港经济,工商铺市场首当其冲,工厦方面,今年首三季工厦亿元或以上的成交仅录13宗,按年大跌逾6成;商厦方面,上月中区(包括上环、中环、金钟)甲厦空置率创2008年金融海啸後的新高纪录;商铺方面,第三季四核心区街铺空置率更创下该行有纪录以来新高。
