富阳(00352.HK)收购江苏省盐城市物业 以追讨未偿合约余额
富阳(00352.HK)公布,全资附属公司上海富阳物业谘询有限公司以约938.4万元人民币(下同)代价向江苏瀛尚房产开发有限公司(卖方)收购该物业。
该物业为一间位於中国江苏省盐城市盐都区新都路学林雅苑的商店,建筑面积约1,972平方米。
公司指,集团自2011年起无法向卖方收回未偿合约余额约288.4万元,集团已诉诸法律程序以收回未偿合约余额。虽然买方於2014年胜诉,惟由於卖方处於财务困境中,故无法执行判决。尽管法院已下令卖方以拍卖方式出售该物业,以将出售所得款项用於向买方偿还欠款,但该物业於四次拍卖中仍未能售出。董事视收购事项为集团向卖方追讨未偿合约余额、利息及赔偿金的最後手段,特别是监於卖方的商业登记被撤销及卖方明显出现财务困境。集团拟持有该物业作投资用途,并将该物业出租以赚取租金收入。
