深圳能源(000027.SZ):控股股東與深圳資本集團簽署股份無償劃轉協議
格隆匯 11 月 24日丨深圳能源(000027.SZ)公佈,2020年11月14日,公司接到公司控股股東深圳市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會(深圳市國資委)的通知,深圳市國資委決定將其持有的公司約1.86億股股份(佔公司總股本的3.9169%)無償劃轉至深圳市資本運營集團有限公司(深圳資本集團)。
2020年11月24日,公司接到控股股東深圳市國資委通知,上述劃轉雙方已簽署《關於深圳能源集團股份有限公司之股份無償劃轉協議》(《股份無償劃轉協議》),後續將辦理股份過户事宜。
