星凯控股(01166.HK)拟3800万元出售东莞新宝精化89.62%股权
格隆汇 11 月 24日丨星凯控股(01166.HK)宣布,于2020年11月24日,公司全资附属周氏电业有限公司以人民币3800万元拟向买方东莞市泰舟实业投资有限公司出售东莞新宝精化有限公司89.62%股权,后者持有一幅位于中国广东省东莞市常平镇的土地,其上建有工厂综合设施。
出售事项完成后,卖方将不再于东莞新宝精化有限公司拥有任何权益,且东莞新宝精化有限公司不再为集团的附属公司。
经扣除交易成本及开支后,预期出售事项的所得款项净额合共约为人民币3670万元。公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额用于偿还银行贷款及用作集团一般营运资金。
