京基智農(000048.SZ)與深圳市市場監管局簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 11 月 24日丨京基智農(000048.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月23日與深圳市市場監督管理局(“市市場監管局”)就深圳市“菜籃子”產品穩產保供合作事宜簽署《戰略合作框架協議》。
雙方將共同推動深圳市“菜籃子”產品供應基地建設工作，公司在深圳市外打造多個集飼料生產、育種、育肥、屠宰加工、倉儲和冷鏈物流於一體的生豬產業鏈項目，並在深圳市內建設“菜籃子”綜合體，運用數字化、智能化技術構建從農場到餐桌的食品安全可追溯產業鏈，在同等市場條件且不違背各方已簽署的各項生效法律文件前提下，按照年出欄500萬頭的規模，優先向深圳市供應生豬及各類肉製品。合作內容如下：
1、市市場監管局在職責範圍內協調支持公司在深圳市內利用光明自有地塊(地塊位於光明區公明街道馬山頭村，土地證號為寶府國用字(1992)第0600432號，現有土地面積111,321平方米)高標準建設集研發、冷鏈物流、戰略儲備為一體的“菜籃子”綜合體(不含生豬養殖)，涵蓋畜禽加工品分級整理、深加工、包裝、質量驗證、結算服務、委託購銷、代理儲運、信息服務等配套功能的標準化、綠色化、智慧化的現代化“菜籃子”產品集散中心，優化、完善深圳市農副產品流通基礎設施體系，完善深圳市“菜籃子”應急保障、食品安全體系。
2、市市場監管局在職責範圍內協調支持公司參與深圳國際食品谷項目建設，在未來農業、安全食品、健康營養三大領域積極開展科研創新、成果轉化、產業示範等合作，打造具有全球影響力的食品科技創新中心、農業食品科研基地，落實國家創新驅動發展、健康中國戰略，滿足粵港澳大灣區城市居民對食品營養健康與食品安全的需求。
深圳市食品供應需求大，對外依存度高。根據廣東省農業農村廳工作部署要求，深圳市需要確保約 70%的豬肉自給率。公司此次與市市場監管局簽署框架協議是為了深入貫徹落實鄉村振興戰略，積極參與深圳“菜籃子”供應保障體系建設。同時，框架協議的簽署有利於雙方實現優勢互補、互惠互利，公司可以在市市場監管局的支持下推進生豬養殖產業的發展，加速構建農業全產業鏈。
