顧家家居(603816.SH)：擬對現有營業範圍進行增補
格隆匯 11 月 24日丨顧家家居(603816.SH)公佈，公司於2020年11月24日召開第三屆董事會第五十四次會議審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍並相應修訂<公司章程>的議案》。公司以“做世界領先的綜合家居運營商”為追求，對公司現有營業範圍進行了增補，並根據工商最新要求對錶述進行了規範。
變更前經營範圍：沙發、牀、餐桌、椅、茶几及其相關零配件的設計、生產；銷售：自產產品；從事上述產品及其同類產品的批發、特許經營及進出口業務，佣金代理(拍賣除外)(以上商品進出口不涉及國營貿易、進出口配額許可證、出口配額招標、出口許可證等專項管理的商品）；從事裝飾材料和工藝美術品的進出口業務（以上商品進出口不涉及國營貿易、進出口配額許可證、出口配額招標、出口許可證等專項管理的商品)；企業信息諮詢服務；家用電器銷售；家電產品的安裝、維修及售後服務；互聯網銷售，第二類增值電信業務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後經營範圍：一般項目：傢俱製造；傢俱銷售；傢俱零配件生產；傢俱零配件銷售；傢俱安裝和維修服務；門窗銷售；採購代理服務；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；家用電器研發；家用電器製造；家用電器銷售；日用家電零售；家用電器零配件銷售；家用電器安裝服務；日用電器修理；家居用品製造；日用品銷售；日用百貨銷售；日用品批發；日用產品修理；搪瓷製品銷售；制鏡及類似品加工；建築用金屬配件銷售；五金產品零售；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
許可項目：貨物進出口；藝術品進出口；技術進出口；第二類增值電信業務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)
此次變更後的經營範圍與公司主營業務相匹配，不會導致公司主營業務發生變化。
