雅居乐(03383.HK):共享服务中心助工作效率升40% 成本减15%
据《第一财经》报道,雅居乐(03383.HK)人力行政共享服务中心负责人邵显敏在论坛上表示,共享模式能更好迎合公司战略发展要求,透过整合资源、统一规则、拉通标准、打造平台,为差异化的各产业提供支持,并成为人力行政共享的价值起点。而公司的人力行政共享服务中心通过聚焦服务模式创新、平台整合、数字化应用、数据治理等方面,不断推动人力行政共享价值向纵深发展。
邵显敏透露,人力行政共享服务中心成立一年来提升了组织效能,并降低了企业成本,数据显示其工作效率大约提升了40%,成本大约节约15%。仅在今年上半年,单是电子合同、电子证明应用场景,就为公司节省200多万人民币的成本费用。(el/w) ~
