公司将持续打造商用车领先新优势,致力于成为卓越的物流运输解决方案提供商,跻身国际一流商用车企业行列。通过全面推进商用车业务转型,成为高质量发展的TOP1商用车企业。公司将不断优化商品布局,打造高端卡车;完善动力总成商品线,打造高效动力链;进一步拓展价值链,智慧物流业务以及全生命周期服务等,创造新的效益增长点。

公司将构建有市场影响力、可持续发展的自主乘用车事业,通过自主掌控核心技术和资源,推进品牌向上,打造商品长板,实现服务转型和组织、管理、营销变革。公司将以行业领先的模块化架构理念,融合打造"2+1"平台架构,即一个全新模块化平台架构DSMA、一个全新新能源平台架构ESSA、一个全新电动越野车平台MORV。"十四五"期间将累计投放20款以上全新车型,其中超过50%是新能源车型。聚力发展高端品牌"岚图",到"十四五"末期形成年销15万辆规模,成为高端新能源领域的领先企业。自主乘用车全面平台化,且集团内共享,以大幅度降低成本、提高车型投放效率;整合集团内自主乘用车品牌标识,准确向客户传递品牌价值。
