中國唐商(00674.HK)預計中期虧損約4800萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 20日丨中國唐商(00674.HK)宣佈,預期集團將於截至2020年9月30日止六個月錄得虧損約4800萬港元,與集團於2019年同期錄得之虧損約2690萬港元相比增幅顯著。
此乃由於截至2020年9月30日止六個月展覽分部及南京分租業務受2019冠狀病毒病疫情影響而市場氣氛疲弱,導致集團之收益受到不利影響。除前述2019冠狀病毒病疫情之影響外,董事亦預期,截至2020年9月30日止六個月將出現虧損增幅,主要由於應用香港財務報告準則第16號租賃導致投資物業錄得公平價值虧損約4000萬港元。
