格隆匯 11 月 20日丨東風集團股份(00489.HK)公佈,公司於2020年11月8日至10日在公司總部召開戰略研討會,並形成了公司"十四五"規劃草案。公司"十四五"將以"決勝卓越東風,開啟世界一流新徵程"為目標,以自主、改革、協同、創新為發展主題,秉持"品質、智慧、和悦"的品牌核心價值,致力於成為為用户提供全方位優質汽車產品和服務的卓越企業。公司將聚力夯實核心主業、全面實施"四化"轉型,推進商用車、自主乘用車等業務高質量協同發展,加快改革、持續創新,通過變革組織和激勵機制創新來構建競爭優勢。
公司將持續打造商用車領先新優勢,致力於成為卓越的物流運輸解決方案提供商,躋身國際一流商用車企業行列。通過全面推進商用車業務轉型,成為高質量發展的TOP1商用車企業。公司將不斷優化商品佈局,打造高端卡車;完善動力總成商品線,打造高效動力鏈;進一步拓展價值鏈,智慧物流業務以及全生命週期服務等,創造新的效益增長點。
公司將構建有市場影響力、可持續發展的自主乘用車事業,通過自主掌控核心技術和資源,推進品牌向上,打造商品長板,實現服務轉型和組織、管理、營銷變革。公司將以行業領先的模塊化架構理念,融合打造"2+1"平台架構,即一個全新模塊化平台架構DSMA、一個全新新能源平台架構ESSA、一個全新電動越野車平台MORV。"十四五"期間將累計投放20款以上全新車型,其中超過50%是新能源車型。聚力發展高端品牌"嵐圖",到"十四五"末期形成年銷15萬輛規模,成為高端新能源領域的領先企業。自主乘用車全面平台化,且集團內共享,以大幅度降低成本、提高車型投放效率;整合集團內自主乘用車品牌標識,準確向客户傳遞品牌價值。
公司注重以人才激勵機制變革來打造公司競爭優勢,已在激勵機制創新應用、市場化人才引進等方面積累了豐富的實踐經驗,未來將繼續加強改革力度,不斷激發人才活力,促進人才隊伍市場意識、價值導向顯着提升。貫徹以奮鬥者為本的分配理念,針對骨幹人才實施多元化、差異化激勵。一是經營管理崗位實施崗位聘任制和契約化薪酬;二是研發領域實施項目制激勵及核心技術孵化機制,研發團隊薪酬與研發成果的市場表現強掛鈎、強激勵;三是營銷領域實施與業績目標掛鈎的台階式薪酬,鼓勵挑戰高目標;四是充分授權和鼓勵各層級公司自主分配,形成薪酬激勵良性循環。
