四川長虹(600839.SH)：擬將經營範圍中的“廢棄電器、電子產品回收及處理”移除
格隆匯 11 月 20日丨四川長虹(600839.SH)公佈，公司第十一屆董事會第六次會議決議，審議通過《關於修改公司經營範圍修訂<公司章程>的議案》
鑑於公司從2013年至今未開展廢棄電器、電子產品的回收與處理業務，且未來將不再經營該類業務。為明晰公司經營範圍，同意公司將經營範圍中的“廢棄電器、電子產品回收及處理”經營項目移除，並對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂，具體情況如下：
原《公司章程》第二章“經營宗旨和範圍”第十三條：
經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：家用電器、汽車電器、電子產品及零配件、通信設備、照明設備、家居產品、計算機及其他電子設備、電子電工機械專用設備、電器機械及器材、電池系列產品、電子醫療產品、電力設備、機械設備、製冷設備及配件、數字監控產品、金屬製品、儀器儀表、文化及辦公用機械、文教體育用品、廚櫃及燃氣具的製造、銷售與維修；房屋及設備租賃；包裝產品及技術服務；公路運輸，倉儲及裝卸搬運；集成電路與軟件開發及銷售、服務，系統集成產品開發、銷售與服務；企業管理諮詢與服務；高科技項目投資及國家允許的其他投資業務；房地產開發與經營，房屋建築工程施工；廢棄電器、電子產品回收及處理；信息技術服務；財務諮詢服務；化工原料及產品(除危險品)、建築材料、有色金屬、鋼材、塑料、包裝材料、機電設備、貴重金屬、汽車零配件、電子元器件等國內購銷、進出口；增值電信業務、電信業務代辦；廣告設計、廣告製作、廣告代理、廣告發布；廣播電視節目製作；互聯網信息服務；音頻、視頻製作與服務；無人機、無人機系統研發及設計、無人機技術推廣、無人機技術轉讓、無人機技術諮詢、無人機技術服務、無人機生產和銷售(最終以工商管理機關登記的業務範圍為準)。
現修訂為：

此次修訂《公司章程》事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
