平潭發展(000592.SZ)：完成變更經營範圍
格隆匯 11 月 20日丨平潭發展(000592.SZ)公佈，公司於近日辦理完成了工商變更登記和《公司章程》備案手續，並取得福建省市場監督管理局換髮的營業執照(統一社會信用代碼：91350000158156419U)。
因2020年相關工商主管部門對企業經營範圍重新進行了規範化表述，公司原經營範圍中的部分內容均按工商系統的要求重新選取對應的內容。除此之外，公司營業執照及《公司章程》其他內容不變。具體變更情況如下：
原經營範圍：
造林營林、林地開發與森林資源綜合利用；林木產品加工與銷售；建築材料的製造與銷售；園林景觀工程、市政工程、室內裝飾工程的設計與施工；房屋租賃；物業管理；對外貿易；倉儲(不含危險化學品)；公路貨運代理；對林業、金融業、礦業、醫療業、旅遊業的投資；林業技術服務；林業技術諮詢；化肥批發。(依法須經批准的項目。經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後的經營範圍：
許可項目：木材採運；住宅室內裝飾裝修；各類工程建設活動(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)
一般項目：進出口代理；貨物進出口；森林經營和管護；人工造林；森林改培；林產品採集；樹木種植經營；林業專業及輔助性活動；規劃設計管理；非食用林產品初加工；木材加工；林業產品銷售；木材收購；人造板銷售；非居住房地產租賃；住房租賃；物業管理；普通貨物倉儲服務(不含危險化學品等需許可審批的項目)；國內貨物運輸代理；以自有資金從事投資活動；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；肥料銷售；新型建築材料製造(不含危險化學品)；建築砌塊銷售；建築材料銷售；建築用木料及木材組件加工；園林綠化工程施工；農副產品銷售；畜牧漁業飼料銷售；飼料原料銷售；紙漿製造；紙漿銷售。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
