先声药业(02096.HK)之痛风伴高尿酸血症药物获内地批临床默示许可
先声药业(02096.HK)公布,中国国家药监局药品审评中心最新公示,公司1类新药SIM1909-13获得临床默示许可。根据公开资料,这是一种选择性抑制尿酸转运蛋白1(「URAT1」)的小分子创新药,开发用於治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症。
该药物(前称URC102)是公司於2019年9月从韩国JW Pharmaceutical公司引进,在与JW合作中,公司负责该药物在中国的开发和商业化。目前该产品正在韩国开展IIb期临床试验,显示出良好的临床疗效和
安全性。
