我爱我家(000560.SZ)否认洽谈接手收购蛋壳公寓
据《国际金融报》引述资深市场人士直言,蛋壳公寓股价大涨主要源於我爱我家(000560.SZ)收购的传闻,不过,其认为蛋壳公寓股价续跌的可能性很大,负面还在持续发酵。而我爱我家相关负责人否认该一消息指没有此事。
另据知情人表示,蛋壳公寓的资金链问题其实在6月份就初现端倪,当时北京有关方面还曾协调蛋壳与建行接触,但似乎双方未能达成协议。至於我爱我家是否会接盘蛋壳,该知情人士称,双方可能有过接触,但蛋壳公寓累计亏损逾60亿元人民币,我爱我家很大可能不会愿意接盘。
