南鋼股份(600282.SH)：子公司擬與廣東吉瑞等合資設立金瑞科技 實施年產260萬噸焦炭項目
格隆匯 11 月 18日丨南鋼股份(600282.SH)公佈，公司下屬子公司海南金滿成科技投資有限公司(“海南金滿成”)擬與廣東吉瑞科技集團有限公司(“廣東吉瑞”)、PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park(“IMIP公司”)、海南東鑫企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“海南東鑫”)共同在印度尼西亞(“印尼”)中蘇拉威西省Morowali縣青山工業園(“青山工業園”)合資設立金瑞科技，實施年產260萬噸焦炭項目，預計投資3.83484億美元。
項目名稱：金瑞新能源科技有限責任公司年產260萬噸焦炭項目，焦炭項目運營後預計年均銷售收入7.64億美元，年均銷售利潤總額6163.41萬美元，項目總投資收益率為17.35%(總投資收益率=技術方案正常年份的年息税前利潤或運營期內年平均税前利潤/技術方案總投資*100%)，税前財務內部收益率為20.26%，税後財務內部收益率為15.94%。含建設期税前投資回收期6.59年，含建設期税後投資回收期7.66年。項目經濟效益顯著，具有較高的盈利水平或者較強的盈利能力。
國家出台焦炭去產能政策，各地尤其是京津冀、長三角、汾渭平原等重點地區執行日趨嚴格，焦炭將處於供給小於需求的狀態，焦炭價格在一定時間內將維持高位，此次項目投資有良好的收益前景。
廣東吉瑞、IMIP公司系青山集團成員，在印尼有較高的聲譽和良好的信譽，對在印尼地區的項目建設運營有着豐富經驗。青山工業園內配套設施完備，交通運輸條件良好，能夠為印尼項目的實施提供設備、土地、交通等配套體系的支持。此次項目合作，公司可以藉助青山集團多年來在印尼積累的品牌、市場、客户、社會關係等資源，優勢互補，打造海外焦炭供應基地。該項目為公司焦炭供應打通新的渠道，有利於公司焦炭供應的穩定。
