匯控(00005.HK)將容香港員工每周最多四天在家工作
據外電報道,匯控(00005.HK)容許香港員工採取彈性上班,據內部通訊指員工最多每周可以有四天在家工作,而發言人亦確認有相關的計劃,希望為員工帶來彈性。
報道指該行為員工提供三個選項,當中包括彈性在家工作,意味員工將在家工作為主,並最多每周四天在家工作。而另一安排則是彈性辦公室上班,並最多每周兩天在家工作。此外該行亦將推一筆過補貼2,500元,助每周最少兩天在家工作、最少十二個月的員工設立符人體工學的家居辦公環境。
