渣打(02888.HK)公布新架構下任命 洪丕正出任亞洲地區行政總裁
渣打集團(02888.HK)公布新集團架構下個人、私人及中小企業銀行部(CPBB)以及亞洲、歐洲及美洲地區的架構及人事任命。新安排將於明年1月1日生效。新組成的個人、私人及中小企業銀行部將由目前東盟及南亞地區行政總裁徐仲薇帶領，結合目前的個人銀行、私人銀行及財富管理部門，合併後的業務團隊，將壯大集團的高端客戶業務，並且進一步發展創新的數碼方案服務一般個人客戶及中小企業客戶以增加效率。
個人、私人及中小企業銀行部將會由兩個客戶群組及兩個地區組成，其中Vishu Ramachandran將率領個人客戶及中小企業銀行部，徐仲薇將率領私人及優先理財直至作出新人選任命，尚明洋將率領亞洲區個人、私人及中小企業銀行部，Kariuki Ngari將率領非洲、中東及歐洲的個人、私人及中小企業銀行部直至有新人選任命，並同時兼任肯尼亞及東非行政總裁，黃玲玲將率領客戶經驗及策略業務應用部。財富管理將繼續由Marc Van de Walle領導。Vishu、 尚明洋、Kariuki、黃玲玲及Marc將會成為個人、私人及中小企業銀行部的管理團隊。
新合併的亞洲區將會由現任大中華及北亞地區行政總裁洪丕正帶領，將東盟、南亞、大中華及北亞地區連合起來，以更有效在亞洲區內、以致亞洲與全球其他地區，在貿易、資金和投資上為客戶服務，並為客戶在大灣區捕捉機會，在東盟及南亞地區把握財富與營商機遇。
張曉蕾為中國及日本行政總裁，禤惠儀為香港、台灣及澳門行政總裁，Zarin Daruwala為印度及南亞地區包括孟加拉、斯里蘭卡及尼泊爾(有待監管機構批准)行政總裁，謝仁儀為印尼及東盟地區包括汶萊、澳洲及菲律賓行政總裁，李福祐為新加坡及東盟地區包括馬來西亞、越南、泰國及其代辦處行政總裁，朴鍾福為南韓行政總裁，林遠棟出任大灣區行政總裁。相關人士將會加入亞洲區管理團隊。管理團隊中還包括尚明洋，企業、商業及機構銀行業務客戶覆蓋主管Paul Skelton，以及金融市場環球區域主管陳銘橋。相關人事任命有待監管機構批准。
候任亞洲地區行政總裁洪丕正表示，新的亞洲區管理團隊充分反映銀行的多元化實力，包括在客戶、業務、人才及社區上。集團將進一步增加亞洲區網絡的互相聯繫及更完善地照顧客戶，讓其好好透過深厚的本地專長及區內21個市場抓緊貿易、投資及財富管理的機遇。
於歐洲及美洲地區方面，Torry Berntsen除了出任集團歐洲及美洲區行政總裁外，亦同時出任歐洲及英國行政總裁並會調遷英國，Steve Cranwell將繼任Torry為美洲區行政總裁，並向Torry匯報。
