融創服務(01516.HK)香港發售股份獲大幅超額認購 發售價定為11.60港元/股
格隆匯 11 月 18日丨融創服務(01516.HK)發佈公告，公司全球發售6.9億股股份，其中香港發售股份4830萬股，國際發售股份6.417億股，另有15%超額配股權；發售價定為每股發售股份11.60港元，每手買賣單位1000股；匯豐及摩根士丹利為聯席保薦人，預期股份將於2020年11月19日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
根據發售價每股發售股份11.60港元，經扣除與全球發售相關的包銷費用及佣金以及公司應付的估計開支(不計及公司因超額配股權獲行使而可能發行的任何股份)後，公司將取得的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為78.597億港元。若超額配股權獲悉數行使，則公司將就發行1.035億股額外股份取得額外所得款項淨額約11.825億港元。
香港公開發售項下初步提呈發售的香港發售股份獲大幅超額認購。根據香港公開發售已收到共44,499份有效申請，申請合共約5.03億股香港發售股份，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份約10.42倍。 國際發售項下初步提呈發售的發售股份獲充分超額認購，國際發售項下獲認購的國際發售股份總數約為國際發售項下初步可供認購的國際發售股份4.9倍。
根據與基石投資者間的基石投資協議，基石投資者認購的發售股份數目現已確定。意像架構投資(香港)有限公司(為騰訊控股有限公司的全資附屬公司)已認購約1.002億股、Magical Carpet Limited(資金來自由IDG Capital提供諮詢意見或進行管理的基金)已認購6681萬股、高瓴基金已認購4008.6萬股及雪湖基金已認購4008.6萬股，共計約2.47億股發售股份，合共相當於全球發售項下發售股份數目的約35.83%；及全球發售完成後公司已發行總股本的約8.24%(不計及公司因超額配股權獲行使而可能發行的任何股份)。
