創世紀(300083.SZ)：擬加快推進精密結構件業務整合暨處置資產
格隆匯 11 月 17日丨創世紀(300083.SZ)公佈，公司擬在整體發展戰略框架下，加快推進精密結構件業務整合、處置相關部資產。
公司當前主營業務包括高端智能裝備業務、智能製造服務業務、精密結構件業務，根據公司整體發展戰略，高端智能裝備業務是現在及未來公司重點發展的核心主業、智能製造服務業務是公司積極培育和發展的業務、精密結構件業務是公司持續整合及剝離的業務。
公司高端智能裝備業務發展態勢良好，數控機牀產品核心競爭力持續增強；鑽銑攻牙加工中心繫列產品在3C領域及核心用户羣眾全面滲透，增長趨勢明顯；通用機市場佈局力度持續加強、銷售增長顯著，特別是立式加工中心繫列產品近幾年呈台階式增長。
在推動核心主業不斷髮展的同時，公司在2019年第二次臨時股東大會審批的業務整合戰略框架下，持續推進精密結構件業務整合與剝離。截至2020年9月30日，公司已完成大部分業務、資產、人員的剝離；2020年前三季度精密結構件業務相關營業收入、經營性虧損同比大幅減少，整合效果顯著。
為更好地聚焦核心主業，將更多資源、精力投放到高端智能裝備業務，增強公司整體盈利能力，公司計劃加快精密結構件業務整合進度：對精密結構件業務剩餘資產的使用狀態、賬面價值、減值跡象、保值方式等進行全面評估，分類別制定並實施處置方案，力爭在2020年內實現整合剝離工作基本收尾。
截至2020年10月31日，公司待處置的精密結構件業務相關的存貨(不含發出商品)賬面價值為約1.76億元，固定資產賬面價值為約2.06億元，合計約佔公司2019年度合併報表經審計淨資產的13.76%。

公司精密結構件業務整合已進入收尾期，此次加快處置相關資產，有利於更好地聚焦核心主業高端智能裝備業務，高效地盤活資產，增強公司的盈利能力和抗風險能力，符合公司和全體股東的利益。
