勵晶太平洋(00575.HK)：江蘇萬邦醫藥於16日就臨牀試驗審批提交試驗性新藥
格隆匯 11 月 17日丨勵晶太平洋(00575.HK)公告，集團正與江蘇萬邦醫藥營銷有限責任公司("江蘇萬邦醫藥")(其於中國商業戰略伙伴及一間上海復星醫藥完全控制公司)就申請監管批准一事上繼續取得進展。公司認為中國為Senstend™（Fortacin™於中國推出市場所用的名稱)的潛在單一最大市場，而江蘇萬邦醫藥亦同意有關觀點。
公司欣然知會股東，江蘇萬邦醫藥已於2020年11月16日就臨牀試驗審批("臨牀試驗審批")提交試驗性新藥("試驗性新藥")，此乃於中國尋求批准將Senstend™推出市面的第一步。
公司接獲江蘇萬邦醫藥通知，將會於提交日期起計3個月內(即二零二一年第一季度完結前)取得國家藥品監督管理局("國家藥品監督管理局")藥品審評中心的臨牀試驗審批。根據與江蘇萬邦醫藥簽署並於2018年12月3日所公佈許可協議條款：
取得國家藥品監督管理局批准提交試驗性新藥申請以就一款許可產品開展人類臨牀試驗後，須支付80萬美元；及取得國家藥品監督管理局批准就一款許可產品開展人類臨牀試驗，或根據所提供充足資料發出的書面接納為有效而毋須進行進一步的臨牀試驗後，須支付320萬美元。
集團向美國("美國")食品及藥品監督管理局("食品及藥品監督管理局")申請批准Fortacin™第二階段驗證研究繼續取得穩定進展。就此方面，公司欣然宣佈已於2020年十月初就研究完成患者招募，目前僅當中2名對象於研究隨機化後仍屬有效。
集團仍舊維持於2020年底前完成Fortacin™第二階段驗證研究，並於2021年上半年向美國食品及藥品監督管理局提交研究結果的目標。假設試驗足以説服美國食品及藥品監督管理局就早泄煩惱評價調查問卷能夠作為支持標示適當措施，則至為關鍵第三階段研究可於2021年下半年展開，並於2022年年底提交新藥申請("新藥申請")，處方藥使用者費用法日期因此將為2023年年底。儘管2019冠狀病毒病疫情帶來困難(尤其是在落實面談方面)，但集團就美國市場所採取策略仍為繼續與潛在商業戰略伙伴進行磋商，同時公司亦進行臨牀試驗工作以在進行第三階段試驗前或時覓得合作伙伴。
於美國就Fortacin™第二階段驗證研究完成患者招募乃邁向提交新藥申請，以及就Fortacin?於美國及中國(均為其最大潛在市場)商業化最終取得所有必要的美國食品及藥品監督管理局及其他美國監管批准的重要及正面步伐。
