授權業務和訂閲服務增長強勁 金山軟件(03888.HK)第三季度純利大增17倍
格隆匯 11 月 17日丨金山軟件(03888.HK)公佈，截至2020年9月30日止3個月(第三季度)，公司收益為人民幣13.97億元，同比增長34%；營運溢利為人民幣3.61億元，同比增長120%；母公司擁有人應占溢利為人民幣6.67億元，同比增長1,749%，每股基本盈利為人民幣0.49元。
公告稱，2020年第三季度的收益為人民幣13.97億元，較上年同期增長34%，較上季度下降2%。來自網絡遊戲和辦公軟件及服務以及其他的收益分別佔集團2020年第三季度收益總額的56%及44%。來自以上業務線的收益乃扣除集團內部交易後呈報。
2020年第三季度來自網絡遊戲業務的收益為人民幣7.88億元，較上年同期增長19%，較上季度下降9%。同比增長主要來自旗艦遊戲《劍網3》收益的強勁增長，因我們專注於通過高品質的遊戲內容及創新玩法為玩家提供更好的體驗。環比下降主要是由於我們於2020年第二季度成功推出《劍網3》大型資料片，部分被新推出手遊貢獻的收益抵銷。
2020年第三季度來自辦公軟件及服務以及其他的收益為人民幣6.09億元，較上年同期增長59%，較上季度增長11%。同比增長主要是由於通過提供持續改進的產品和服務，付費用户數增長，北京金山辦公軟件股份有限公司("金山辦公")及其附屬公司(合稱"金山辦公集團")的授權業務及訂閲服務共同的快速增長。環比增長乃由於政府與企業客户的穩健需求推動授權業務增長所致。
值得注意的是，2020年第三季度的研發成本淨額為人民幣4.84億元，較上年同期增長25%，較上季度增長24%。同比增長主要是由於我們持續加大對新產品及服務以及科技創新的投入，員工人數以及員工相關開支增加。環比增長是由於員工相關開支增加，以及自2020年七月起停止階段性減免大型企業的社會和醫療保險費。
