格隆匯 11 月 17日丨浙江永強(002489.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司寧波永強國際貿易有限公司(“寧波國貿”)以自有資金51萬元人民幣參與投資設立一家專業從事户外家居用品領域的跨境電商公司。
該公司名稱：寧波庫比客電子商務有限公司；經營範圍：一般項目：互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；家居用品銷售；傢俱銷售；建築材料銷售；電子產品銷售；五金產品零售；電氣機械設備銷售；機械設備租賃；通訊設備銷售；消防器材銷售；汽車零配件銷售；玻璃儀器銷售；藥物檢測儀器銷售；金屬工具銷售；建築陶瓷製品銷售；衞生陶瓷製品銷售；日用玻璃製品銷售；塑料製品銷售；針紡織品銷售；針紡織品及原料銷售；金屬材料銷售；辦公設備耗材銷售；文化用品設備出租；辦公用品銷售；體育用品及器材銷售；工藝類美術及收藏品零售(象牙及其製品除外)；服裝服飾零售；服裝輔料銷售；鞋帽零售；衞生潔具零售；日用品銷售；玩具銷售；燈具銷售；第一類醫療器械銷售；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備銷售；日用百貨銷售；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；企業形象策劃；市場營銷策劃(除依法須經批註的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目:國營貿易管理貨物的進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
經過多年的市場開拓，公司在歐美等多個國家和地區設立銷售機構或辦事處，並根據需要在多地設立倉儲物流，構建了較為完善的全球銷售網絡及售後服務體系，並通過與客户電商平台的合作等多種方式積極助推了公司自主品牌產品的銷售，銷售佔比逐年提高。
為順應消費方式的變化，公司擬加強在品牌及電商銷售方面的投入，以户外休閒生活為中心，聚焦美好居家生活品類，逐步構建全品類的户外休閒傢俱及花園用品等大件商品的跨境電商業務體系。
此次投資是公司保持主業正常經營的前提下，對自主開發運營跨境電商平台的一次嘗試，此次投資資金來源於子公司的自有資金，預期能夠為公司及子公司帶來相關利益。
