中证监方星海称蚂蚁集团(06688.HK)上市时间取决於政府如何调整监管框架
外电报道,中证监副主席方星海在创新经济论坛上表示,蚂蚁集团(06688.HK)上市的时间取决於中国政府如何调整监管框架,以及公司如何应对不断变化的监管环境。
方星海提到,中国改革的步伐有一些缓慢但非常稳健,在拜登当选四年之後,认为中美关系能够更好,对此非常乐观。
方星海又指,中国海外上市公司的会计制度问题并不是一个无法解决的问题,需要双方有良好的意愿,并称大量中国公司可以帮助美国实现更多的制造业就业;而且在基础设施领域,美国需要更多基础设施,中国亦可以提供帮助。
