新股配售 | 金科服務一手中籤率50%，公開認購11.17倍，國配4.9倍，有綠鞋，穩價人系中信里昂
uSMART盈立智投11月16日消息，金科服務公佈《發售價及分配結果公告》。
總體而言，申購人數7萬逾人，公開認購倍數爲11.17倍，觸及第一檔回撥，公開比例從9%提升至13.5%，此外，入場費高達961.6萬港元的乙頭亦有高達148人認購，散戶整體佔比13.5%，乙組門檻較高，若乙組不恐慌拋售，散戶拋壓較小。
此外，基石鎖定了45%的發行股份，禁售期6個月，關聯客戶鎖定了18.04%的發行股份，國配前25名承配人合共鎖定88.52%的股份，國配貨源非常集中。

1、發售價：44.7港元，爲招股價區間(41.8港元~47.6港元)的中間價位
2、一手市值：4470港元，每手100股
3、有效申購人數：72,361名(甲組：72,173名，乙組：188名）
4、實際中籤人數：43,848名
5、中籤情況：一手中籤率50%，申購5手穩中1手，甲尾中71手，乙頭中297手，頂頭槌中8733手
6、公開認購倍數：約11.17倍(甲組：12.18倍，乙組：10.16倍）
7、國配發售：約4.9倍，共有103名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定88.52%的股份
8、回撥情況：有回撥，最終公開的比例爲13.5%，國配的比例爲86.5%
9、超額配股權：國際發售中已超額分配19,936,700股額外發售股份，有綠鞋
10、穩定價格操作人：中信里昂
11、基石投資者(10名)：泰康人壽、高瓴資本、雪湖資本、中金啓融等10名基石鎖定45%的發售股份
12、關聯客戶(6名)：合共鎖定18.04%的發售股份
