卓爾智聯(02098.HK)CIC服務客户分佈高度契合RCEP協定市場範圍
11月15日，東盟十國以及中國、日本、韓國、澳大利亞、新西蘭15個國家，正式簽署區域全面經濟夥伴關係協定(RCEP)，全球規模最大的自由貿易協定正式達成。卓爾智聯(02098.HK)在新加坡設立的世界商品智能交易中心(以下簡稱CIC)，為大宗商品國際貿易提供數字貿易平台服務，兩年來其主要服務客户分佈與RCEP協定範圍高度一致。
卓爾智聯在國內建立和夯實智能交易生態後，希望能夠幫助中國客户進一步拓展海外貿易渠道，為中國企業“走出去”創造價值，更好地融入國際國內雙循環。新加坡作為亞洲重要的貿易、金融和數據中心，成為卓爾邁出全球化關鍵一步的最優選擇。2018年10月12日，卓爾智聯集團聯合新加坡交易所、新加坡國際電子貿易公司(GeTS)共同出資設立的CIC正式上線。
平台設立之初，鑑於東盟10國及日本、韓國、澳大利亞、印度等國與中國地緣相近，和中國貿易往來密切，彼此是依存度最高的經貿合作伙伴。同時這些國家間的貿易往來主要採取傳統的線下貿易渠道為主，迫切需要電子化交易平台提高貿易效率，增進貿易便利化。因此CIC從成立之初就確定以東盟及相關國家之間的貿易作為主要業務方向。平台的10種交易語言，也恰好覆蓋了RCEP涉及的幾乎全部國家。
兩年來，CIC主要為上述國家客户提供再生資源、再生能源、農產品等商品的線上交易平台服務，幫助客户尋找買家、拓展供應鏈渠道。尤其疫情暴發以來，在國際供應鏈及物流阻斷的情況下，各國用户對電子交易平台的需求更加迫切。今年以來，CIC主要客户數量比同期增長超過20%，每天超過4000名客户在平台上查詢尋找交易機會。自成立以來，CIC促成的交易額已超過130億美元。近期，CIC還成功促成了澳大利亞客户與印度、韓國的大額再生能源交易。
基於在平台交易中形成的大量交易數據，卓爾智聯與日本丸紅株式會社於2019年5月合資成立“卓紅金服”公司，依託CIC為各國客户提供國際供應鏈金融服務。目前，CIC及卓紅金服在數字金融業務創新已取得較大進展。
卓爾智聯總裁齊志平表示，作為先一步邁出探索步伐的線上平台服務機構，RCEP自由貿易協定正式達成令企業深受鼓舞，協定納入了電子商務等新的貿易形式，這將令CIC平台迎來前所未有的自由貿易環境，開展數字貿易服務時將更加平滑順暢。CIC將抓住重要機遇，充分挖掘中國和RCEP協定參與國間的交易潛力，探尋各國優勢商品資源，努力塑造“一國一品”，力爭用三到五年時間打造10多個在全球有重大影響力的“單項冠軍”，為增進全球貿易便利化作出更多努力。
