传汇丰减收虚银eDDA转账费 虚银未满意
早前有消息指汇丰银行就直接扣账授权(eDDA)过数服务,向虚拟银行收取高达2%的收费,引起虚拟银行不满。本地传媒引述消息报道,汇丰的态度疑有所软化,改用分层定额收费模式,部分细额过数交易,折算後收费率低至0.1至0.2%,与其他大部分银行相若。不过消息指,不少分层收费的金额仍属偏高,部分收费率超过1%,个别大额交易的收费率仍高达2%,虚拟银行希望汇丰能进一步下调收费。
报道引述汇丰发言人回应指,由於收费属於银行与相关机构的双边协议,该行不便评论,但强调该行一直致力支持香港金融业多元化及可持续发展。
