國投電力(600886.SH):超額配售權獲行使額外發行163.5萬份GDR
格隆匯11月15日丨國投電力(600886.SH)公佈,公司於2020年10月22日發行全球存託憑證(GDR)16,350,000份(行使超額配售權之前),並在倫敦證券交易所上市。
穩定價格操作人於2020年11月13日全部行使本次發行招股説明書中所約定的超額配售權,按每份GDR12.27美元的價格要求公司額外發行1,635,000份GDR,約佔初始發售規模16,350,000份的10%,穩定價格期於同日結束。本次發行的超額配售權行使後,公司發行GDR總計募集資金2.207億美元。
