金科服務(09666.HK)香港發售股份獲適度超額認購 發售價定為44.7港元/股
格隆匯11月16日丨金科服務(09666.HK)發佈公告，公司全球發售約1.33億股股份，其中香港發售股份1794.3萬股，國際發售股份約1.15億股，另有15%超額配股權；發售價定為每股H股44.7港元，每手買賣單位100股；中信證券及華泰國際為聯席保薦人，預期股份將於2020年11月17日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
根據香港公開發售初步提呈的香港發售股份獲適度超額認購。公司合共接獲72,361份有效申請，認購合共約1.34億股香港發售股份，相當於香港公開發售初步可供認購的香港發售股份總數約11.17倍。國際發售初步提呈發售的國際發售股份已獲適度超額認購，相當於國際發售項下初步可供認購國際發售股份總數約4.9倍。
根據與基石投資者所訂立的基石投資協議，基石投資者所認購的發售股份數目現已釐訂。泰康人壽已認購1300.3萬股；Gaoling Fund, L.P.及YHG Investment, L.P.已認購866.86萬股；Snow Lake China Master Fund, Ltd已認購866.86萬股；中金啟融基金已認購866.86萬股；UBSAM已認購520.12萬股；MWAL已認購520.12萬股；AMF已認購520.12萬股；WT已認購173.37萬股；3W已認購173.37萬股；China Orient MultiStrategy Master Fund已認購173.37萬股，合共5981.35萬股H股，相當於全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份約45.00%(假設超額配股權未獲行使)；及全球發售完成後全部已發行股本約9.45%(假設超額配股權未獲行使)。
按每股H股發售價44.7港元，經扣除包銷費用及佣金及公司就全球發售應付的估計開支(假設超額配股權未獲行使且不計入任何酌情激勵費用)後，估計公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額約為57.381億港元。
