格隆匯 11 月 13日丨香港華人有限公司(00655.HK)公告,預期集團截至2020年9月30日止6個月可能錄得公司權益持有人應占綜合虧損不少於5.5億港元,而截至2019年9月30日止6個月綜合溢利則為約2.69億港元。
該虧損主要由於期間內所佔合營企業虧損(主要來自一間合營企業出售一項投資物業產生虧損,而其中部份被來自其按權益法入賬投資對象溢利貢獻抵銷)所致,而其中部份被集團出售一間合營企業產生溢利抵銷。
